Ceramic Art - Food: “My love of food and cooking has expanded in the last five years beyond sculpture and painting to include making life-size clay food. Hand building clay food combines my love of form and proportion in sculpture with my love of color in painting. It is both serious and playful. And unless very small in diameter or thickness, all of these pieces are built “hollow” to avoid exploding in the kiln.”
